The U.S. House recently passed legislation that would entitle small businesses to at least 25 percent of federal contracting dollars, the Dayton Business Journal reports. At 25 percent, this would be a two percent increase from the current small business contracting goal and could result in up to $11 billion in new small business contracts, the article said.
