The Ohio Tax Credit Authority recently approved tax incentives for nine projects within the state, six of which are expected to bring 466 jobs to central Ohio, The Columbus Dispatch reports. Bell Inc., a packaging company based in South Dakota, is planning its first expansion here; the company will make a $30 million investment in its Bell Ohio operation, which “is expected to employ 275 workers with an annual payroll of $9.2 million,” according to the article. Labeling company CCL Label will “put its first personal-care label manufacturing plant in the U.S. in New Albany, where it will have 80 workers with an annual payroll of $3.6 million.” Questline will “add 18 jobs with an annual payroll of $1.6 million (for more, see our October 21, 2015 blog post).” Grote is investing $850,000 and adding 13 jobs in an expansion of its Gahanna headquarters (see our October 28, 2015 blog post).
