Sequester order has been issued

As required by the Budget Control Act of 2011 and the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, President Obama was required to sign the executive order reducing the budgetary authority in accounts subject to sequester late Friday, March 1, 2013, in accordance with a report issued by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. Political subdivisions and other agencies across Ohio that have large concentrations of federal employees and operations could see significant cuts as a result of the U.S. Senate’s inability to come to an agreement to avert $85 billion in federal cuts on February 28, 2013.
