The Seneca Industrial Economic Development Corp. recently named David Zak, chief of the Business Services Division at the Ohio Development Services Agency (DSA), as its new president and CEO, The Courier reports. Zak will replace Rich Focht, who is "retiring at year-end after 24 years in the post." Prior to his current position, which he has held since 2011, Zak served as the vice president of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, the economic development director for Fairfield County and as the international business liaison for the Ohio Department of Development.
