Sarah Boyarko named to new role with the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber
Earlier this month, Sarah Boyarko — former manager of business development for the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber — became the chamber's new vice president for economic development, business retention and expansion, Business Journal Daily reports.
