The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) are teaming up to promote a new initiative directed at helping older individuals start their own businesses, The Toledo Blade reports. Free informational programs on how to secure financing, develop a business plan and make sure ideas are "viable and income-producing" are being offered this month – including one taking place from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Monday, April 29, 2013, at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce.
