Report: Size of college-educated population puts Ohio at 39th in nation

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland recently released research outlining ten factors that form Ohio's work force and ranked Ohio's college attainment rate 39th in the nation, Columbus Business First reports. Although the state "fails to attract as many educated workers as other states," it does have a greater share of "foreign-born workers with a college degree," the article said.
