By November, Ohio Governor John Kasich and Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding that both states will jointly develop a Brent Spence bridge financing plan for the construction of a “second span to ease congestion and safety problems on Interstates 75 and 71 in Cincinnati and Covington,” Business Courier reports.
