New Hamilton County land bank will acquire foreclosed properties
Hamilton County officials recently announced the creation of a land reutilization corporation (or "land bank") that will acquire foreclosed and other properties that other investors aren't interested in, according to an article in the Business Courier. Under the direction of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority, the new land bank will acquire properties and seek to find new uses for the properties, the article said.
