Milford and Union Township create their fourth Joint Economic Development District (JEDD)
Union Township and the City of Milford are entering into their fourth Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) partnership, this time for about two and a half acres that will be used to expand the Mt. Carmel Brewing Company, Cincinnati.com reports. The 30-year JEDD agreement will have the city levy its one-percent income tax on the employees of the building, the net of which will be split with 15 percent going to Milford and 85 percent to Union Township.
