KBI building owners seeking TIF for $19M investment to redevelop property
The former KBI factory in Perkins Township could “gain a new life as the owners look to invest $19.3 million” to renovate the property to better align with market needs and “be move-in ready for a growing business,” the Sandusky Register reports. Plans include demolishing defunct office space, adding a third building, and installing new heating, lighting, roof and fire protection, according to the article.
