Logistics company Jaguar Transport Holdings will invest $12 million to build a “150,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center” in Marion County for Sika Corporation, allowing that company to consolidate operations and accommodate expansion, the Marion Star reports. Sika currently “leases several facilities from Jaguar Transport Holdings in the Marion Industrial Rail Park” and nearly doubled its number of employees between 2011 and 2021, from 94 to 180, according to the article. The company projects it will add another 15 employees and $900,000 in payroll in the next three years.
