Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority selects Luke Kellett to be its first director of business development
The Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority recently announced that Luke Kellett of Newark will serve in the newly created director of business development position, where he will focus on financing marketing and business development, the Newark Advocate reports.
