Hearings for 212-MW Seneca Wind Farm suspended

Seneca Wind, LLC and the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) filed a joint motion earlier this month to suspend both the local public hearing and the evidentiary hearing for the proposed Seneca Wind Farm (see our February 18, 2019 blog post), the Norwalk Reflector reports. In the filing, attorneys for Seneca Wind LLC said the developer needs more time “to provide siting board staffers the information needed to complete their pre-construction investigation,” according to an article in The Toledo Blade. A new hearing schedule will be established at a later date. For more, read the full Toledo Blade article.
