Linwood-based online estate and consignment sale company Everything But The House is growing fast and moving its headquarters to downtown Cincinnati later this year, Cincinnati.com reports. The company was “ranked No. 2,069 on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in the country” this year, according to the article. When considering office location options, Mike Reynolds, partner and chief financial officer, said “the company and its advisors considered what would be best for the company’s growth, recruitment of employees, clients and investors, and ease of corporate travel.” In support of the company’s plans to “spend $200,000 to expand its presence in Cincinnati and create 40 jobs at an average salary of $50,000,” the Ohio Tax Credit Authority awarded the company “a five-year incentive worth about $103,000.” The incentives help retain payroll of $1.7 million. Everything But The House will occupy 12,740 square feet of space on the ninth floor of Fourth and Walnut Centre on Fourth Street.
