Ed Looman leaves Progress Alliance to become project manager for the Appalachian Partnership for Economic Growth

Last month, Ed Looman tendered his resignation as executive director of Progress Alliance to take a job with the Appalachian Partnership for Economic Growth (APEG) — a regional economic development organization created as part of the JobsOhio Network that serves 25 counties in southeast Ohio, The Herald-Star and WTOV9 report.
