Economic impact of craft brewers in Ohio was $1.26 billion in 2012

A new analysis by the Brewers Association, a not-for-profit trade association, shows that small and independent American craft brewers contributed $33.9 billion to the U.S. economy in 2012. That year in Ohio, the craft brewing industry was responsible for 10,731 full-time equivalent jobs, earning $355,888,000 in total income with an average annual salary of $33,164.
