Energy communications company Questline will move from Upper Arlington to Dublin, if Dublin City Council approves an economic-development agreement with the company, The Columbus Dispatch reports. The terms of that deal “call for Questline to sign a lease in Dublin through at least 2022 to get a five-year, 15 percent performance incentive on income-tax withholdings,” according to the article. Dublin’s economic development administrator, Jeremiah Gracia, “said the incentives are capped at $18,000 over the five-year term,” while Dublin expects “to net $406,000 in income-tax withholdings over the term of the agreement.” According to Gracia, Questline has outgrown its current headquarters and considered locations in other states in addition to Ohio. The move would relocate 45 existing employees to the Dublin location, and Questline will add 19 new employees by the end of 2020.
