A Columbus developer has plans to construct a 12-story apartment tower with restaurants and other amenities at the corner of Central Parkway and Vine Streets in Cincinnati, Columbus Business First reports. Michael Schiff said he is “excited” about the project, saying it will “be a great gateway between Over-the-Rhine and the downtown business district and act as a catalyst for the pathways all the way down to the soccer stadium and to the riverfront,” according to the article. The project includes 72 apartment units ranging from smaller 500- to 600-square-foot studios to “penthouse units of up to 2,800 square feet,” three restaurant spaces, a resident spa, a top-floor fitness area and rooftop terraces, according to plans obtained by Columbus Business First sister publication the Cincinnati Business Courier.
