Despite the Supreme Court’s February 2016 order staying the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s Clean Power Plan (CPP), the “Obama administration is moving ahead” with incentives for the program, reports thehill.com. The Clean Energy Incentive Program would “give states compliance credits for renewable energy and efficiency projects that are undertaken earlier than the Clean Power Plan would require them,” according to the article.
