The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) recently released an announcement reminding qualifying businesses and organizations that May 6, 2013, is the filing deadline for federal economic injury disaster loans. The loans are available in nine Ohio counties – Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Vinton – as a result of the excessive rain and flooding that occurred on May 2-4, 2012.
