A “massive Warren County project” that “is expected to grow over three decades into 4,500 homes, a sports complex, commercial services and up to $1.5 billion in private investment,” has begun construction, the Dayton Daily News reports. The Union Village community is “one of the Dayton area’s most ambitious projects” and could eventually house up to 12,000 residents, according to the article.
