Cincinnati Planning Commission unanimously approved a zone change for the “$50 million conversion of the Crosley Building to artists’ lofts,” a “crucial step that would allow for the adaptive reuse of the building as a mixed-use building with upper floor multi-family residential uses and ground floor commercial uses,” the Cincinnati Business Courier reports. Indianapolis-based real estate company TWG plans to convert Crosley Radio Corp.’s former headquarters into “175 to 250 apartments, with a focus on providing units to artists,” according to the article.
