Construction started on $25M mixed-use Tower Park in Mason

Tower Park, a mixed-use development around the WLW-AM radio tower in Mason, Ohio, started construction in spring 2021, the Cincinnati Business Courier reports. The development team of John Rickert and George Flynn of Lee & Associates and Mark Jackson of Indianapolis-based Turtle Creek Management “is looking to bring a mix of users to the site, including a bank or other financial institution, a car wash, a convenience store, a restaurant with a drive-thru, and a sit-down restaurant,” according to the article. The plans also include a two-story, 30,000-square-foot medical office building, three additional office buildings, and a 10,000-square-foot retail strip center. Total investment for the project “is expected to surpass $25 million.” For more, read the full article.
