Columbus 2020 leader appointed to help bring foreign investment to U.S.

The president and chief economic officer for regional economic development organization Columbus 2020, Kenny McDonald, “has been appointed to the U.S. Investment Advisory Council, a new group working to increase economic growth through the attraction and retention of foreign investment,” The Columbus Dispatch reports. McDonald and 18 other public and private sector leaders were appointed to the council; the group will “advise the Department of Commerce on government policies and programs that affect foreign investment.”
