Cincinnati City Council approves $4.5 million grant for Cintrifuse to construct its Over-the-Rhine campus

Last week, the Cincinnati City Council approved a $4.5 million grant for the regional business accelerator Cintrifuse to construct a 37,000-square-foot Over-the-Rhine campus that will serve as its headquarters, the Cincinnati Enquirer and Cincinnati CityBeat report. The Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) is the owner and developer of the property, and 3CDC "will retain ownership of the commercial space, while Cintrifuse will own the office space."
