Canton developers propose a $40 million mixed-use housing project in Brunswick

Legislation was introduced in a special meeting of the Brunswick City Council last week to sell an 18-acre parcel of land to two Canton real estate developers for $1.8 million, Crain's Cleveland Business reports. If approved, the joint venture's proposal to construct "100-plus room hotel, about 100 luxury apartments and a 120-suite assisted living and dementia complex" at a cost of $40 million will be the biggest development in Brunswick in 10 years, the article said.
