Ball will add 50 workers with $15 million plant expansion

Ball Corp., manufacturer of food and packaging cans, has announced it will expand its Westside Columbus facility and “will add 50 workers to the 146 it currently employs there,” The Columbus Dispatch reports. In a press release on ColumbusRegion.com, Jim Peterson, chief operating officer of global metal food & household products packaging for Ball Corp., said, “[a]fter more than 30 years in the Columbus Region, we look forward to continuing to grow our presence here.
