Dwindling availability of industrial buildings in central Ohio is making economic development officials nervous that the region could potentially lose some future project even though it "otherwise graded out on top of the (prospect's) list," Columbus Business First reports. Although several buildings with 400,000 square feet or more sat vacant for years during the Great Recession, "leases signed this past winter and spring could absorb most of the available space above 400,000 square feet in the region."
