A Warren County company’s plans to expand its operations will make a big impact on the surrounding local economy. ADVICS Manufacturing’s $150 million expansion in Lebanon will “provide a massive amount of business opportunities in southwest Ohio, from construction now to eventually manufacturing services and supplies,” the Dayton Business Journal reports. The state of Ohio approved tax incentives for the project, which includes a new building on the company’s campus that “will house ADVICS’s electronic park brake business as well as aluminum caliper production, according to REDI Cincinnati,” the article reports. ADVICS “makes disc brake calipers and electronic stability control units on 20 different vehicles”; the company’s clients include Honda, Toyota, Ford, General Motors, Chrysler and Mitsubishi.
