DMAX Ltd., a diesel truck engine manufacturer operated as a joint venture between General Motors and Isuzu, recently announced that it will invest $60 million in its Moraine plant in Montgomery County, the Dayton Daily News reports. The plant modifications reflect an effort to stay ahead of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) new, 150,000-mile tier III emission standards.
