Home Depot data breach update

The Home Depot data breach case continues to move forward, per recent articles published in SC Magazine and by the Credit Union National Association. As the articles indicate, Home Depot has until July to respond to the data breach allegations. Also, Judge Thomas Thrash, a district court judge in Georgia, has placed the case on two tracks depending on the nature of the allegations: a consumer track and a financial institution track. We’ll continue to follow this case as it develops.
