Jennifer Tisone Price, a public affairs and communications executive with over two decades of experience, has joined the Ohio Economic Development Association (OEDA) as acting director, reports Columbus Business First. Price’s experience includes “serving as vice president of communications at the Ohio Society of CPAs, vice president of public affairs at the American Lung Association of Ohio and director of public policy at the Ohio Nurses Association.” In addition, she served several years in the Ohio House of Representatives as a communications director and legislative aide, and was a Legislative Service Commission Fellow, according to the article. In a press release, Price said, “OEDA is in a unique position to convene, communicate and connect economic development professionals and stakeholders from around the state to enhance job growth and investment to build and maintain strong communities. I am excited to play a leadership role in these efforts.” Price is currently a member of the American Society of Association Executives as well as the Gahanna Planning Commission.
