Bricker & Eckler partners Drew Campbell and Sommer Sheely spoke at OSBA’s Class Action Boot Camp: The Basics and Beyond CLE yesterday in Columbus. Ms. Sheely provided a comprehensive overview of Rule 23, and Mr. Campbell discussed how to develop and execute effective strategies for defending class actions.
